13/05/2020: NGATI KAHU PANDEMIC RECOVERY PLAN RAUEMI 1 - SUGGESTED CLEANING PROCEDURES TO REOPEN AND KEEP OPEN A SITE

As we prepare to reopen Marae, workplaces, schools and other facilities, cleaning them and keeping them free of potential COVID-19 contamination is important.

RAUEMI 1 (resource 1) provides suggested cleaning procedures for those sites. Please feel free to adapt and use it in ways that fit your own recovery plans and goals as you exercise your mana motuhake going forward.

A: Depending on where you live, support could be:
1. Needs assessment and delivery of essential supplies or vouchers by our essential workers in Auckland, Whangarei or Te Hiku.
2. Needs assessment and referral to another agency in another region.

Over the past fortnight we have focused on helping our whānau, hapū and marae to plan and put in place (or adapt) tikanga, and gather resources, in response to COVID-19 and in preparation for this unprecedented and nationwide rāhui - aka lockdown.
