Koutou ma, the Omicron variant is in Te Tai Tokerau and is expected to spread far and wide. It is highly transmissible and, even though most people have experienced only mild symptoms, it is still dangerous and potentially fatal. For that reason, our team are offering the following :
1. The COVID-19 Vaccination for 1st dose, 2nd dose and booster doses. NB: We expect to be able to also offer the paediatric dose in the near future.
2. Whether you choose to be vaccinated or not at this time, it is critical that you have in place a COVID response plan for your whare to keep you and your whanau safe should anyone of you contract COVID-19. To that end, our team will support you to go through a check-list designed for your peace of mind and understanding of what needs to be done.
