Te Runanga-a-Iwi o Ngati Kahu receive a number of inquiries regarding EDUCATION GRANTS for Ngati Kahu descendants each year.
Because the Runanga is marae-based, each year it pays a substantial annual dividend from fisheries income to each of its affiliated marae to use on charitable purposes of their choice - including education grants to their beneficiaries.
Therefore the Runanga refers all inquirers to their Ngati Kahu marae and / or the lists of Secondary and Tertiary Scholarships attached below.
